I’m Emily, the Fang Girl
As a Taiwanese American who grew up in Los Angeles and worked in San Francisco most of her life, I decided it was time for me leave and explore Asia. I quit my job in San Francisco in early January 2020 to travel Asia for half a year, but then covid19 hit. I’m a 8w7 ENFP, so I didn’t want to return just yet—I scrambled to find a job in Singapore, got one, and decided to stay.
Now I’m working in fintech for a global company. While I’m absorbing as much as possible, I merge my two worlds of the east and west together, and share my learnings with you: my growth, tech in Asia, and other resources I find valuable.
